Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to promote overall wellness.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant skincare products or services to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Manage guest services at the front desk, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare lines, beauty tools, and other aesthetic products.




- Support the team with additional beauty services such as nail care or hair styling as needed to ensure a comprehensive guest experience.

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Solid communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures in a clinical or spa setting to maintain health standards.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demos to boost revenue opportunities.
- Ability to multitask at the front desk while providing attentive guest services.
- Proficiency in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other aesthetic treatments.
