Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full time
- Clinic hours Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments and manage electronic medical records (EMR)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist physicians with administrative tasks and patient coordination
- Process billing and insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant or in a similar role (preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Profile EMR experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic setting
- Medical Office Assistant certification is an asset but not required
