Our busy General Ophthalmology division is currently seeking new talent in the Part Time role of an experienced Medical Receptionist to accompany our team of highly qualified professionals.

We require a detailed/organized and polished individual that is well- groomed with a bright caring and outgoing professional personality. The successful candidate will be available days, evenings and some weekends ( once a month a few times per year).

Responsibilities included, but are not limited to patient file creation, appointment booking/confirming, preparing forms, taking payment, photocopying, computer entry, opening and closing of clinic. This is a fast paced clinic that requires someone who has strong computer skills/ multitasking skills along with strong command of the English language is required.
