Collaborating with Registered Nurses, you will apply your clinical skills to create tailored care plans. Your responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric nursing care, patient assessments, and providing group therapies, all while focusing on trauma-informed approaches.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients • Assess patients and collaborate on care planning • Facilitate group therapies and discharge planning • Implement safety measures based on best practices • Enhance patient experiences through effective communication

Requirements: • Current RPN Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario • 2 years of experience in acute mental health settings • Knowledge of Mental Health Act and therapeutic techniques • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
