As a Methods Agent on our Natural Team, you will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production departments to enhance manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong command of technical documentation and problem-solving expertise in mechanical assembly. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects to enhance Challenger 3500 & 650 platforms
- Provide technical support to the assembly line operations
- Read engineering drawings and create work instructions




- Implement improvements initiated by the Engineering department
- Employ problem-solving techniques for process optimization Requirements:
- College degree in mechanical engineering with 3 years’ experience
- Proficiency in Windows, SAP, Catia/CDMA, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in project management and assembly skills
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
