- Provide person-centered support to Métis patients and families
- Create culturally safe environments for patient care
- Advocate for Métis patients’ well-being




- Aid in navigating care plans and referrals
- Facilitate connections to community resources like MTAP Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant healthcare experience
- 3-5 years working with Métis communities preferred
- Solid knowledge of Métis culture and healthcare protocols
- Criminal Record Check and driver's license required Utilize your advocacy and cultural knowledge to support Métis patients in navigating the healthcare system effectively.
