Shift Transit is seeking a Mobility Field Associate to ensure effective bike operations in Toronto. Your duties will involve vehicle inspections, managing bike recovery, and collaborating with the Field Operations team. You'll have the chance to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring bike safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform inspections on rebalancing vehicles and report issues • Monitor docking stations for safety and operability • Load and unload bikes as required based on demand • Operate various vehicles for bike redistribution • Elevate any operational concerns to dispatch promptly

Requirements: • Possess a valid Class G driver's license • Excellent customer service and multitasking skills • Familiarity with Toronto's routes and previous driving experience • Physically fit to handle repetitive work and lift up to 50 pounds • Comfortable using technology, especially smartphones
