Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. As a Montessori Teacher, you will create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Your role will involve guiding children through hands-on activities aligned with Montessori principles, fostering social-emotional development, and supporting individualized learning pathways. Duties

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans based on Montessori methodology that cater to each child's developmental needs
- Facilitate a prepared environment that encourages exploration, independence, and self-directed learning
- Observe and assess children's progress regularly to tailor activities and support their growth effectively
- Foster positive social interactions and emotional well-being among children through proactive guidance and communication
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education or additional support
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance,



and classroom activities using computer-based systems
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring a safe, organized, and nurturing environment at all times

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in an early childhood or preschool setting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Montessori teaching principles and practices is essential
- Bilingual abilities in English and French are advantageous for supporting diverse student populations
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education settings is a valuable asset
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
- Proficiency in computer operation and classroom management software to document progress and organize activities
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
