What You’ll Do

As a Prep Team Member, you’ll be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients while following our recipes, portioning standards, and food-safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Wash, chop, cook, portion, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
- Prepare house-made dressings, proteins, grains, and other menu ingredients
- Follow all recipes, measurements, and portioning standards accurately
- Complete prep tasks efficiently and within required timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked prep area
- Label, date, rotate, and store ingredients properly
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures
- Monitor ingredient quality and communicate low-stock items or concerns
- Wash dishes and assist with general cleaning as needed




- Communicate clearly and positively with team members

What We’re Looking For

- Previous food-preparation or kitchen experience required
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a prep list efficiently
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment, including knives, food processors, and blenders
- Valid Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work required daytime, evening, or weekend shifts, as scheduled
