The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Third Party Residential Underwriting and must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Your role will involve direct communication with solicitors to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with established regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Advise and support solicitors on mortgage documentation • Verify conditions and documentation with accuracy • Advance mortgage files and coordinate with accounting • Manage and organize files for timely closings • Adhere to AML policies and procedures

Requirements: • Post-secondary education or relevant experience • Experience in Financial Services or Mortgage preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage high-volume requests effectively
