Multi-Unit Spa Leader – Confidential Search A well-established hospitality and wellness organization in a major urban market in Eastern Canada is conducting a highly confidential search for an accomplished multi-unit spa leader.

The successful candidate will have broad responsibility for business performance, operations, guest experience, people and culture, and continued growth across multiple locations and service offerings.

The organization has a strong market presence and established customer base and is entering an important period of evolution. The incoming leader will be expected to build upon an existing foundation while identifying opportunities to strengthen performance, modernize operations, elevate the customer experience, and position the businesses for sustainable long‑term growth.

This leader will have broad accountability for the performance and continued evolution of the organization, with key priorities including:

Driving revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Establishing clear operating priorities and translating broader business objectives into measurable results.

Evaluating current operations and identifying opportunities to modernize systems, processes, services, and the customer experience.

Leading and developing a high‑performing cross‑functional leadership team while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strengthening operating and service standards to ensure a consistently exceptional experience across locations.

Assessing market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Helping evolve brand positioning,

Overseeing budgeting, capital planning, workforce strategy, technology, facilities, and other key operational functions.

Serving as a visible and highly engaged leader who can build credibility and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

We are seeking an experienced executive who has successfully led complex, multi‑unit or multi‑business operations.

Experience within hospitality, wellness, luxury service, lifestyle, food & beverage, retail, or other high‑touch consumer businesses is highly relevant, although leadership capability and commercial acumen are more significant than experience within any single sector.

10+ years of progressive senior business or operational leadership experience.

Significant P&L; responsibility and demonstrated success driving revenue, profitability, and operational performance.

A track record of leading growth, transformation, modernization, or business repositioning.

Strong financial and analytical capabilities combined with a sophisticated understanding of customer experience.

Experience building, developing, and holding accountable high‑performing teams.

Strong judgment and confidence making decisions in a dynamic business environment.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
