Responsibilities:

- Delivers warm and connected guest services, finding creative ways to solve problems
- Handles guest inquiries, manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs
- Promotes the Marriott Bonvoy program and enrollment goals
- Follows all cash-handling procedures with urgency and integrity
- Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics
- Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities
- Monitors guest responses and mobile check-ins using the GXP platform
- Runs all night audit reports and report any discrepancies to the managers
- Maintains a balanced float assigned by the hotel and balance the all transactions at the close of each shift
- Coordinates housekeeping, security, and service needs
- Performs other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

- Must have flexible availability to work throughout the week on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Required shifts are 10:00pm-6:30am and 11:00pm-7:30am. Hours may vary based on business requirements.
- Able to work independently overnight in a fast-paced environment
- Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service




- Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
- Is excited to belong to a team of caring, warm, energetic Team Members
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (hotel experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems, Excel spreadsheets, email and other general computer functions and applications
- Able to take initiative, self-starter
- Strong guest service skills, communication skills and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and able to handle a large volume of phone calls and guest arrivals
