Our in-house training certifies you as an Automatic Door Technician and provides opportunities to advance up our career ladder, from Service Technician to Senior Technician and beyond. Safety isn’t just a policy; As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Perform planned maintenance,



break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic. Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.

Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction. Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training. Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.

Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).

Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
