Kings Janitorial II Inc. is looking for an experienced, dependable Night Manager to oversee our evening operations. This is a hands-on management position responsible for supporting supervisors and cleaning teams, maintaining service quality, responding to staffing needs, and ensuring our clients receive consistent, professional service.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and support Night Supervisors and the Periodic Cleaning Crew
- Monitor crews and assist on jobs when necessary
- Manage evening communications, including emails, phone calls, and text messages
- Coordinate shift coverage, working interviews, and employee training
- Respond to and troubleshoot equipment issues during evening operations, coordinating with our daytime equipment support when required
- Conduct regular site inspections and complete inspection reports
- Oversee evening inventory, supplies, and warehouse operations
- Follow up on client/site feedback and address staff performance or service concerns
- Ensure company policies, cleaning procedures, and safety standards are being followed
- Support staff and supervisors with issues that arise throughout the evening
- Maintain clear communication with the management team regarding staffing, site concerns, and nightly operations

Schedule Sunday to Thursday starting at 5pm.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, comfortable managing people, and capable of making decisions independently during evening operations.

- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites, employees, and priorities throughout a shift
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional when handling staff or client concerns
- Comfortable using technology
- Valid driver's licence and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
- Ability to work evenings and respond to changing operational needs
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial operations, floor care, or equipment troubleshooting is considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, evenings

Expected start time: 5:00 PM

Work setting: On-site / multiple client locations

Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
