About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Sanitation Supervisor to oversee essential cleaning and sanitation operations during evening shifts at their facilities in Kimberley . This role is critical for ensuring a pristine and safe working environment that meets stringent hygiene standards. You will lead a team of sanitation staff, manage daily operations, implement effective cleaning protocols, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership skills to manage night shift operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift sanitation team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to standard.
- Implement and enforce established cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas during the shift to ensure quality and identify any issues.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment for the night shift.
- Train and mentor new sanitation staff,

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sanitation Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably with night shift experience.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently during the shift.
