Lead significant nuclear construction efforts as Vice President at BWXT, located in Chalk River, Ontario. Your role will encompass managing multi-billion dollar projects and ensuring their success.
This executive position demands a seasoned leader with at least 20 years of experience in overseeing large teams and complex projects within the nuclear sector. You will be responsible for guiding the comprehensive project lifecycle, from planning to successful completion, managing risks, budgets, and stakeholder relations. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving compliance with all regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct entire project lifecycles including feasibility and execution • Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery • Control resources effectively across large capital budgets • Cultivate relationships with clients and contractors • Lead cross-functional teams for integrated project execution
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar • Over 20 years of relevant construction experience • Documented success with projects valued at $500 million+ • Proficiency in nuclear industry standards and regulations • Effective communication and leadership abilities
