What Churchill Has To Offer

- 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation, with a mix of day and night shifts.
- Additional Time off: Scheduled twice per year, a 4 shift rotation is provided as 4 days off. This leads to a stretch of 12 days off in a row twice per year.
