Enhance community well-being as a Community Health Nurse with the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority. - Deliver primary and community health nursing services
- Implement health promotion and disease prevention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
- Monitor health screenings and manage acute/chronic conditions
- Document clinical activities accurately and promote quality improvement Requirements:
- Nursing Degree and two years of recent nursing experience
- Experience in ER or Community Health settings
- Valid registration with the College of Nurses of NWT and Nunavut Support health advancement within communities through dedicated nursing care and teamwork.
