Become an Obsolescence Specialist at Thales Canada in a hybrid work workplace. Focus on software obsolescence management and Integrated Logistic Support strategies that drive innovation. In this role, your primary duties include creating an Obsolescence Management Plan and tracking software dependencies.

You will work closely with internal and external teams to gather inputs for artifact development and ensure compliance with export regulations. Your leadership will be critical in facilitating monthly updates and identifying risks. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute the Obsolescence Management Plan
- Document high-level software dependencies and obsolescence cycles
- Coordinate technical inputs with various stakeholder teams
- Facilitate Risk Review Meetings assessing project timelines
- Produce monthly progress reports for clients Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of ILS experience
- Expertise in application licensing and change management
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders effectively Excel in managing software lifecycle challenges with Thales Canada.
