We are hiring for a permanent part-time 0.6fte Occupational Therapist for the Primary Care Network team in Salmon Arm.
Applicable positions may qualify for up to $12,000 as a recruitment incentive and/or be eligible for relocation allowance.
Days of Work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Shift times/Hours of work: 08:00 to 16:00

About The Role The Occupational Therapist works independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, and may be providing a full range of occupational therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapy programs to promote functional independence and optimal health outcomes.
Provide consultation, education, and support to clients and their caregivers.
Prescribe and recommend appropriate equipment to enhance daily living.
Participate in program planning, quality assurance initiatives, research, and departmental meetings.
Offer guidance and work direction to rehabilitation assistants regarding transfer of function.
