We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings for team members
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person




- Support clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks or similar software

Experience

- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly desirable
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks with high attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus
- Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
