Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with friendly professionalism
- Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide excellent customer support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
- Assist with bookkeeping duties, including invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
- Support office supply management by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings




- Ensure smooth communication between departments by managing correspondence and internal messages

Qualifications

- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
- Excellent computer skills including data entry, typing accuracy, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus
- Robust customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and perform proofreading tasks accurately
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures such as patient scheduling or front desk operations is advantageous

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
