Establish and monitor the achievement of production objectives by planning, organizing, motivating, and coordinating the activities of a team assigned to the cutting room, assembly, and/or final integration. Manage your team’s budgets,
ensure product quality and employee productivity (20 to 30 employees).
Identify, document, and standardize key processes that lead to achieving objectives, and share best practices across the organization. Ensure continuous improvement, particularly through the use of problem-solving processes. You have strong management skills and ideally possess extensive experience in the aerospace industry.
You are proficient in both French and English.
