Your role will center on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position within the agile Operations team is essential for the execution of the Operations Readiness Assurance plan. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will develop operating procedures and ensure equipment reliability. Your contributions will also play a part in maintaining high environmental and social responsibility standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to Operating Procedures development
- Ensure readiness for Start-Up and operational phases
- Monitor safety during plant activities and tasks
- Guarantee the reliability of plant equipment
- Support the implementation of Maintenance Strategies Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years in Utility Operations
- Must have High School Diploma
- Acquire relevant engineering certifications
- Experience working cross-department for production
