What you’ll do

- Help patients choose frames and lenses that suit their prescriptions, lifestyles, and budgets.
- Explain eyewear options clearly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Learn and perform eyewear measurements, adjustments, and basic repairs under appropriate supervision.
- Process eyewear orders, track their progress, and help resolve patient concerns.




- Assist with insurance billing, frame inventory, displays, and daily clinic operations.
- Work closely with our optometrists and team to create a positive patient experience.

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort using computers and learning new software.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing a job well.
- Optical experience is an asset. Candidates with retail, sales, or customer service experience are also encouraged to apply.
