We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Optometric Assistant to join our busy optometric practice and dispensary at our Regent location.

As an independent, family-owned business, we believe in providing the highest level of patient and customer care. You’ll be an important part of creating a welcoming experience for our patients—from greeting and scheduling to pre-exam testing and preparing rooms for our Optometrists.

It’s a hands-on, people-first role where no two days look the same.

What You’ll Do

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Checking in patients
- Performing pre-testing duties and other tests as required by the Optometrist
- Fielding phone calls and contacting patients
- Booking appointments
- Helping create a friendly, organized, and positive environment for our patient and team

- 40 hours per week for full-time
- Part-time: minimum 20–25 hours per week
