Duties & Responsibilities

- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough initial assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal dysfunctions and identify underlying health issues.
- Treatment Planning: Design and implement customized treatment plans using manual techniques including myofascial release, joint mobilization, and osteopathic articular techniques.
- Holistic Care: Provide hands-on therapy to reduce pain, increase range of motion, and improve overall physical function.
- Patient Education: Empower patients by providing guidance on therapeutic exercises, ergonomic improvements, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Documentation: Maintain precise and timely clinical notes and records in accordance with provincial regulatory standards.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our physiotherapists and other wellness providers to ensure a seamless, integrated recovery journey for our clients.

Qualifications

- Certification: Graduation from an accredited program in Osteopathy.
- Registration:



Valid registration and positive standing with a recognized professional body (e.g., OAO, OSTCAN, or equivalent) to ensure patients can claim through extended health insurance.
- Expertise: Robust foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics with proven manual therapy skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and explain complex conditions to patients clearly.
- Mindset: A proactive, energetic professional who is eager to contribute to a supportive team culture.
