Order Picker / Forklift Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Order Picker / Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, using RF scanners, and managing inventory within a warehouse setting. Knowledge of P21 (Prophet 21 ERP) and general computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts safely to pick, move, load, and unload materials.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
- Receive, stock, and organize warehouse inventory.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Process orders and inventory transactions using P21 (Prophet 21).
- Ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Order Picker, Forklift Operator, or Warehouse Associate.




- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
- Proficient in operating counterbalance and/or reach forklifts.
- Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
- Working knowledge of P21 (Prophet 21) ERP software.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with picking, shipping and receiving processes.
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
