Directly supporting the Supervisor of Cultural Development, you will implement services aligned with Oshawa's Cultural Plan. This role requires four years of experience in arts administration or a related field, alongside skills in project management and community development to effectively engage and manage stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver programs related to Oshawa’s Arts and Cultural Heritage • Coordinate support for the Cultural Leadership Council • Manage grant applications for cultural projects • Oversee the city’s Public Art Policy • Train and coordinate part-time staff and volunteers

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies or similar • Experience in government arts and culture sectors • In-depth knowledge of cultural development practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and ability to work flexible schedule
