Assistant position involves collaborating with a Registered Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans effectively. You will maintain communication with clients’ families, prepare instructional materials, and promote client safety and engagement. Contribute to an interdisciplinary team in a rapid-paced environment while making a significant impact on client well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain communication of session progress with families
- Execute intervention plans based on best practices
- Prepare necessary teaching materials for sessions
- Ensure a safe and encouraging environment for clients
- Monitor client progress through diligent data collection Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Therapy
- Possess a driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Authorization to legally work in Canada
- At least 1 year of OTA experience preferred
