Join Options Community Services as a Family Support Outreach Worker in the Southern Fraser region. Provide compassionate in-home support to families with children 0–13 years old. In this role, you will collaborate with families to encourage skill development and facilitate positive change.

Your responsibilities include assessing needs through home visits, creating tailored support plans, and connecting families to vital community resources. Building supportive relationships is essential as you conduct workshops and maintain detailed client records. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client referrals and conduct home assessments
- Develop tailored in-home support plans for families
- Facilitate workshops focusing on parenting and development
- Connect families to community resources
- Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum one year experience in human services
- Robust knowledge of family dynamics and child development
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access required
- Completion of CPR/First Aid certification Support families in navigating challenges with compassion and expertise.
