This role requires solid communication and collaboration skills paired with a Critical Care Certificate and a minimum of three years in critical care. Your contributions will uphold patient safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct health assessments for critically ill patients
- Facilitate effective communication with patients and families
- Act decisively in emergency medical situations
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to unit projects
- Foster a culture of safety throughout the department Requirements:
- Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
- At least three years of Critical Care experience
- Updated BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ongoing participation in professional development
