Auctions is seeking an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Manager to lead our night shift team This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the shift runs safely, efficiently, and productively while maintaining strong standards for performance, organization, Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved. Monitor employee performance and address performance, attendance, and workplace concerns. Oversee the movement, storage, and organization of inventory.

Support employee onboarding, training, and workplace incident investigations. Maintain clear communication with leadership and ensure a smooth transition between shifts. Previous warehouse leadership or management experience required. ~ Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and hold employees accountable. ~ Strong organizational and time-management skills. ~ Forklift knowledge or experience is considered an asset.
