Interventional Pain Physician

MPA are retained by a well-established clinic group to recruit for a Pain Physician to join their team in Toronto.

They’re in a period of growth, expanding into a bigger space in a popular area of Toronto. With the expansion. they're looking to add another interventionist to join their team. In this role, you will provide pain management services and interventions under image guidance ultrasound or x-ray.

The client provides with a range of services and treatments aimed at alleviating chronic pain and enhancing the quality of life for patients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and assess pain conditions.
- Devise treatment plans using medical interventions, interventional procedures, and multidisciplinary approaches.
- Administer various pain management procedures under ultrasound or fluoroscopy, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of accomplished medical professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and surgeons.




- Stay current with the latest developments in pain management for the provision of cutting-edge treatments.
- Cultivate strong patient relationships through effective communication, empathy, and a patient-centric approach.

Qualifications:

- Completion of a medical degree and possess an active medical license.
- Board certification in Pain Medicine/Anesthesiology or completion of an accredited pain management fellowship programme.
- Certified to conduct fluoroscopy procedures.
- Demonstrate a track record of diagnosing and treating diverse chronic pain conditions.
