As a Dietitian in the Integrated Comprehensive Care Program, you will provide tailored nutritional strategies to clients recovering from various health issues. This role requires expertise in dietary needs, team-oriented teamwork, and a commitment to cultural sensitivity. You will impact client health outcomes while guiding staff on best dietary practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nutritional assessments and care plans for clients
- Support interdisciplinary teams with dietary guidance




- Collaborate with caregivers and families for effective care
- Contribute to health promotions and quality improvement
- Maintain compliance with health standards and confidentiality Requirements:
- University degree in Nutrition or related field
- Completion of a dietitian internship
- Unrestricted registration with College of Dietitians
- Experience with geriatric and mental health populations preferred
