Provide compassionate support as a part-time Direct Support Professional in Adult Supported Group Living Services. With a commitment to up to 70 hours bi-weekly, enhance the quality of life for residents. We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals for part-time, permanent roles.

You will assist individuals with complex behaviors, implementing Behaviour Support Plans effectively. This position allows for versatile scheduling across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, alongside potential additional hours as needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with task assignments as guided by Team Lead
- Aid residents in financial planning and tax preparation
- Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP)
- Facilitate weekly medication setup and reconciliation
- Conduct home inspections to ensure compliance Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant diploma preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Police clearance with vulnerable sector screening
- Valid G driver's license and insurability
- Prior experience with Behaviour Support Plans (BSP) Bring compassion and skill in supporting individuals to our Adult Supported Group Living Services.
