As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Mental Health and Addiction Support Worker (MHASW) will support the treatment program in the absence of counseling staff.

This casual position requires flexibility to handle varying shift schedules while maintaining program integrity and ensuring a safe environment for clients. You'll facilitate psychoeducational sessions, lead groups, and monitor patient engagement in activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Instruct patients in essential life skills for independence
- Lead newcomer groups and therapeutic community meetings




- Monitor patient attendance, providing necessary support
- Assist with patient engagement, addressing maladaptive behaviors
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure patient well-being Requirements:
