The ideal candidate will be skilled in engaging members, facilitating behavior change workshops, and enhancing customer interactions. Coaches are vital to building relationships that drive member recruitment and retention while representing our brand at community events. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging workshops with a focus on behavior change
- Expand brand awareness through social media and community initiatives
- Strengthen member retention by providing personalized support




- Coach members through difficult challenges and celebrate successes
- Attend community events to foster partnerships and attract new members Requirements:
- Prior experience in group facilitation is preferred
- Passionate about wellness and ideally a current WW member
- Strong active listening skills for member engagement
- Ability to travel to different workshop locations
