We are seeking a Family Law Partner/Senior Associate with 5+ years of relevant experience to help establish and grow a family law practice within an established legal platform. Candidates with partnership experience, with or without an existing client base, are welcome.

Responsibilities

- Handle and manage family law matters independently.
- Develop and grow a successful family law practice.
- Leverage existing firm infrastructure, operational support, and community presence.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Contribute to practice development, marketing, and business growth.
- Manage files effectively while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant family law experience.
- Partnership or senior associate experience is an asset.
- Candidates with or without an existing client base will be considered.
- Highly motivated and self-starting.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and practice-development abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a family law practice.
