Role Description The Part-time Sales Associate role at TORY BURCH is an on-site position based in Vancouver, BC.

The Sales

Associate will engage clients on the sales floor, provide knowledgeable and personalized service, and support a luxury in-store experience that reflects the brand’s values. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, recommending products, processing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and replenishing stock. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, supporting store events and promotions, and collaborating with team members to meet sales and service goals.



This is a full time role requiring flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs.

Qualifications

- Customer service and clienteling skills, including the ability to build relationships, listen actively, and deliver a high-touch luxury experience.
- Retail sales and point-of-sale (POS) capabilities, including confidence in presenting products, closing sales, and accurately handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear verbal communication, qualified demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members and clients.
- Visual merchandising and store operations skills, including maintaining displays, organizing stock, and keeping the sales floor clean and aligned with brand standards.
- Time management and organizational abilities, with capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize customer needs, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using retail technology and mobile devices as part of the sales and clienteling process.
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, fashion, or accessories is strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as part of regular store operations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with store business hours.
