Resolve Sleep Health in Canada is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Oak Bay, BC. This term contract position runs through May 2027. You will be the first contact for patients, setting a positive tone and supporting our clinical team.
You’ll coordinate appointments, manage referrals, educate patients on sleep therapy and equipment, handle insurance claims and billing, and assist with product resupply. If you have healthcare or admin experience, solid customer service, and comfort with EMR
