Oak Valley Health in Markham is seeking a agile Quality & Patient Safety Specialist to lead patient safety strategies, quality improvement projects, and high reliability initiatives across the organization.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply Lean, Six Sigma, A3, Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies, review incident reports, and mentor staff to foster a just culture and safe practice. Days, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility.
