Join the Respiratory Therapy team at Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton as a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist I. Make impactful contributions to neonatal care across multiple sites, providing exceptional respiratory therapy. This float position is based primarily at the Sturgeon Community Hospital, requiring orientation to additional facilities, including Royal Alexandra Hospital and University of Alberta Hospital.

As a Respiratory Therapist I, your role will include developing and implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring high-quality, family-centered service. Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance outcomes for critically ill children while gaining experience in specialized areas such as ECLS and transport. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and monitor neonatal and pediatric patients




- Develop and implement respiratory therapy care plans
- Collaborate with clinical teams for optimal care
- Provide training on respiratory equipment
- Educate families on disease management and treatments Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta
- Graduate from a recognized School of Respiratory Therapy
- Current BCLS-HCP certification
- 2-3 years of critical care experience preferred
- Active membership in the CSRT Transform neonatal and pediatric respiratory care through proven skills and dedication at the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton.
