Sources is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join the Community Living Management team.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this position emphasizes managing staff and developing programs that foster resident independence and well-being. You will ensure compliance with relevant policies, oversee personnel management, and advocate for the highest standard of resident care. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff effectively
- Develop and assess community service programs
- Advocate for high standards in resident care
- Manage expenses and prepare financial reports Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in developmental disabilities
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Experience with Autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Current First Aid/CPR certification and Class 5 B.C. Driver’s License Support the empowerment and growth of vulnerable residents in South Surrey.
