Pest Control Technician

Brilliex Pest Control is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough pest inspections to identify the source and extent of pest activity.
- Provide customers with explicit, written explanations, treatment plans, and recommendations.
- Prepare and apply pest control products to affected areas using mechanical or electric sprayers and other approved application equipment.
- Set and monitor mechanical traps and other pest management devices as required.
- Perform effective cockroach and bed bug treatments, following established procedures and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that may benefit existing customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pest control techniques, industry developments, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Operate and properly maintain the company service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Complete and submit all work orders electronically on a daily basis.
- Ensure all services, treatments, findings, and recommendations are accurately documented.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at every visit.




- Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Brilliex Pest Control positively in the field.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario pesticide licence is required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional pest control experience.
- Hands-on experience with cockroach and bed bug control is required.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- Must be available Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as required.
