Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, you will provide insights on student petitions, ensuring adherence to academic policies while guiding students through the process. Your focus on equity will help facilitate timely resolutions and strategies for overcoming barriers faced by students in their academic endeavors. Collaborate with faculty and utilize your skills to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Office of the Registrar.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assess and recommend actions for student petitions • Create and maintain documentation for appeals • Provide detailed process insights to stakeholders • Facilitate workshops for better understanding of procedures • Support problem resolution and direct casual staff accordingly

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience • Four years of related work in student services • Knowledge of academic regulations and systems • Competency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
