The Development

- Develop donor strategies to increase local engagement
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 75 major gift prospects
- Conduct personalized cultivation and solicitation activities
- Create tailored donor communication materials
- Collaborate with colleagues on integrated fundraising initiatives Requirements:
- University degree with additional fundraising training preferred
- Over 5 years of experience in securing donations
- Proficiency in managing donor portfolios
- Robust communication and writing skills
