Scotiabank in Canada’s International Banking division seeks a Manager, Policy Adherence & Effectiveness to lead reviews of credit files across retail and small business lending portfolios. This role ensures adherence to policy, regulatory requirements and risk controls.

You will conduct data-driven analyses, report findings to PAE management, and collaborate with BRM and cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and disclosure across the assigned jurisdiction.
