PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Operates powder coat equipment and other related machines/equipment to coat and finish metal components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Uses hand and power tools to complete tasks (example sanders/grinders)

· Operates powder coat equipment including chemical tanks, spray booth, spray Gun, and oven

· Responsible for checklist for metal parts that require powder coating.

· Ensures all parts pre and post coating are scrutinized for quality in workmanship prior to transfer from Metal Fab

· Responsible for inter-department transfer carts for timely and complete transfer to next step in manufacturing process
