- Conduct pre-admission health assessments and medication reviews

- Monitor post-operative recovery and provide nursing care
- Administer medications and offer discharge education Requirements:
- Current LPN registration in good standing
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience
- Previous experience in pre-admission or post-operative nursing preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS is an asset
